NOTICE OF INTENT: M32 System

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Morris Systems Incorporated, 3900 S Stonebridge DR STE 903, Mckinney, Texas 75070-8062, UEI: KJLNAK6KA6N5 for a full-featured Material Management System as required by the General Services Department. The period of performance is 04/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Morris Systems Incorporated is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for a full-featured Material Management System to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist at flora.washington@ihs.gov by Friday, January 17th, 2025, 1:00 PM MST.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
