REQUEST FOR BID
T-SHIRTS
Bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 3PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday,
March 25, 2026 to supply and deliver T-shirts in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid
specifications and following conditions.
There is one (1) departments ordering items and all items will be shipped to the same location. All
shirts must be delivered no later than Friday, June 5th, 2026 to Town of Merrimack, Parks and
Recreation, 116 Naticook Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054.
The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal
taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall include delivery and be quoted F.O.B.
Town of Merrimack, Parks and Recreation, 116 Naticook Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054. The time
required for delivery must be indicated on the Bid Form and be guaranteed.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to
accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
Bids with label "Bid on T-SHIRTS" must be received by the Town of Merrimack Finance
Department by the date and time specified above. Bids may be mailed or delivered to 6 Baboosic
Lake Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.
It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the
date and time specified.

obtained by contacting the Purchasing Agent.
