Description

1.Price submission must be completed using the bid schedule document in order to be considered for this requirement. Offeror will input unit prices for the listed items pertaining to each CLIN and the extended total will be calculated on the spreadsheet for each item. When all unit prices are input and extended totals calculated for each CLIN, a CLIN subtotal will be calculated.



2.Technical submission must be completed using a secondary document. The Technicalinformation shall be clear, concise, and include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and forsubstantiating the validity of stated claims. Quotes shall not simply rephrase or restate the Performance of Work Statement or contain general statements such as “Standard procedures willbe employed.” Quotes shall provide convincing rationale addressing how the technical portion ofthe offer meets solicitation requirements. Offerors shall assume the Government has no priorknowledge of the offeror’s experience. The Government will base its evaluation on the information presented in the offer.



3.Please ensure that the offeror’s System of Award Management (SAM) registration reflectsNAICS CODE 213112
