Questions and Answers Question 1: Could you please confirm whether the solicitation includes FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, and if so, whether subcontracting to similarly situated entities is allowed to count toward the 50% self-performance requirement?
Government Response: This is an unrestricted solicitation; not set-aside for small business. FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting will not be included. No additional questions are being accepted for this Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
Note: All aspects of ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS shall be met to be considered for award. Offers received that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or have missing documentation may be considered non-compliant and eliminated from evaluation.
