Medi-Span Average Wholesale Drug Pricing Database

NYSIF is seeking to procure Medi-Span Average Wholesale Drug Pricing Database for the term of 11/15/25-11/24/28. This database offers fully integrated electronic drug data and clinical information to health care professionals.

This prescription data file is for an audit tool in the analysis of transactions processed through NYSIF's contracted Prescription Benefits Manager, for the logging of bills into Oracle and to manually process pharmacy bills in accordance with the Pharmacy Fee Schedule.

All deliverables resulting from this project are classified as UpToDate Inc.’s intellectual property. UpToDate Inc. is an entity of Wolters Kluwer Health. UpToDate Inc. will have and retain all right, title and interest in and to any deliverables developed hereunder, including all trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights related thereto ("Deliverables").

There are no additional documents available at this time. All available information
can be found within the Contract Reporter Advertisement. Interested firms must
submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to a proof from UpToDate Inc. confirming your firm has an agreement in place with UpToDate Inc. to perform the services described above and a proposal outlining your firms’ qualification to meet the requirements to contracts@nysif.com . NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract.
