Administrative and Actuarial Services for Length of Service Award Programs for Volunteer Ambulance Workers and Volunteer Firefighters

Through Request for Proposals (RFP) #0011, the Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) of the State of New York seeks to obtain proposals from administrative service agencies to serve as Program Administrator and provide Administrative and Actuarial services for the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Length of Service Award Programs (“LOSAP”) for volunteer ambulance workers and volunteer firefighters. Another RFP (RFP0010) was issued to obtain the services of a Trustee for these programs for the same term as this RFP.
