Description:
The University of South Carolina (USC) seeks to establish a Fixed Price Contract with multiple qualified and licensed mechanical services providers to perform preventative, routine, and emergency mechanical maintenance across the Columbia Campus and any other satellite location that chooses to use this contract. Services shall include labor and incidental materials as authorized by the University. Complying with the enclosed description and /or specifications and conditions.
