Place of Performance:
Place of Performance will be Regional District A in support of the 99th Readiness Division, District A is comprised of various facilities contained within the states of New York (except Long Island), Massachusetts (including Ft. Devens, MA), Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and parts of Pennsylvania.
On 09 JUNE 2025, nine (9) Contracts were awarded as construction Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide various construction efforts at US Army Reserves 99th Readiness Division Area of Responsibility, to include New York (except Long Island), Massachusetts (including Ft. Devens), Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and parts of Pennsylvania. which are under the jurisdiction of the 99th Readiness Division-Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Dix NJ. These JOC contracts have an ordering ceiling of $39,900,00.00 with a 5 year ordering period.
