This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony
Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide
various size Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Units and parts to the
State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services,
as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY
at Stony Brook 24/25-153MC and Exhibits.

Please be advised that there will be a one-time mandatory bidders conference on May 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Vendors have the option to attend the meeting either in-person or via Zoom. This is a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in rejection of your proposal.
