The City of Lakeway, Texas is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing and paying all labor,
materials, equipment, supervision, and any incidentals for performing all Work on an as-needed
basis as required for the CITY OF LAKEWAY STREET STRIPING PROJECTS
Sealed Bids will be received at City Hall, City of Lakeway, 1102 Lohmans Crossing, Lakeway, TX
78734 until 2:00 p.m. CDT on October 29, 2026. Any bids received after the due date and time will
not be accepted for consideration and will be returned unopened.
All bids must be clearly marked on the outside with the following: BID NO. 27-1001 CITY OF
LAKEWAY STREET STRIPING PROJECTS.

CITY OF LAKEWAY STREET STRIPING PROJECTS
PART 1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.0 Purpose:
The City of Lakeway City is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified, licensed
Contractor Bidder to provide street striping services on an as-needed basis. The projects shall
include, but are not limited to all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, services, permits,
insurance, bonds, and any incidentals necessary to perform the Work.
2.0 Pre-Bid Meeting:
2.1 A pre-bid meeting will not be hosted for this solicitation.
2.2 Questions may be emailed to the Jill Ackerman Purchasing Coordinator,
jillackerman@lakeway-tx.gov no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing
date of the solicitation.
3.0 Bid Submission:
3.1 Bids shall be submitted and must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. CDT on October
29, 2026 at the address below.

3.2 Complete sets of solicitation documents must be used in preparing bids; the City does
not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use
of incomplete sets of the solicitation documents.
3.3 Bids received via mail after the deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened.
Hand-delivered bids will not be accepted after the deadline.
3.4 The City will not acknowledge or consider bids that are delivered by telephone,
facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (email).
