Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed
price purchase order on a sole source basis to Alpha Data Inc. (CAGE Code: 45TD0 &
Address: 10822 W Toller DR STE 250 Denver, Colorado 80127-6329, United States). The
requirement is for the purchase of the following:

This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not
to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the
Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.

Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions
Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the size
standard is 1250.
