Audio Visual Purchase and Installation for NYS Park Police Academy

OPRHP is seeking to purchase equipment and installation services to upgrade current audio video set-up in the New York State Police Academy computer lab.

Room dimensions are as follows:

40 feet long, 24 feet wide and 8 feet ceiling height. The projector to screen distance is 13 feet and the projector hangs down 1 foot from ceiling.

Installation must be completed by October 1, 2025

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include
MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be
documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken
to include MWBE vendors.
