Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide dredging within the specified dredge areas and transport, unloading, and dewatering of material within geotextile tubes. The dredging areas are located within the Baltimore Harbor adjacent to the Dundalk and Seagirt Marine Terminals. The dewatering site for the material is located at the Cox Creek DMCF in Curtis Bay, Maryland.
