Synopsis:

|
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete an elevator modernization project, located at Education Building at the University of Regina for a Best Value - Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents (attached).

There will be a mandatory on site walkthrough on Thursday January 16, 2025 starting at 3PM. Contractors can meet at the South doors of Education Building, there is paid parking available there (first come first serve). Contractors are responsible for their parking and a ticket machine is accessible inside the doors.
