Request for Proposals: FEMA 404 Hazard Mitigation Program - Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Services for Storm Hardening of Two (2) Transmission Circuit Crossings

This is a procurement for Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) Services for Storm Hardening of Two (2) Transmission Circuit
Crossings as more specifically set forth in the RFP documentation.
PSEG Long Island LLC (“PSEG Long Island” or “PSEG LI”), and its
wholly owned subsidiary, Long Island Electric Utility Servco LLC
(“Servco”) will administer the RFP on behalf of LIPA and its wholly-owned
subsidiary Long Island Lighting Company d/b/a LIPA (“LIPA” or
“Company”) and will enter into any contract awarded pursuant to the RFP
as agent of and acting on behalf of Company.
