| Description: | Base Bid Description: This project is the addition of a new heat trace system for the State Capitol Building to include a heat trace cable system in the existing gutters, downspouts and first twenty-four inches of roof shingles. The system will be controlled via thermostat, controller and moisture sensor. Work sequencing must be coordinated with scheduled events at the Capitol building. Contract Time: 90 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $500.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. |
