NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 13 January 2025. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Women Owned Small Business Set Aside.
The primary objective of this requirement is to obtain logistics support for designated United States Government (USG) and Partner Nation (PN) Forces operating ashore in Jacksonville, Florida during the UNITAS 2025 Initial Planning Conference (IPC) from 10 February 2025 - 14 February 2025. Additional information regarding the specifics of this requirement will be available in the description of requirements Performance Work Statement (PWS) as outlined in the solicitation.
The PSC Code is R706. The NAICS Code is 541614, with a size standard of $20 Million.
The solicitation will be available on or about 13 January 2025 for download via the SAM.GOV module at https://sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM.GOV to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.

ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
