Drapery Making and Installation, and Carpet Making and Delivery Services

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Drapery Making and Installation, and Carpet Making and Delivery Services for the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan. If you are interested, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown in paragraph 2 - Submissions of the Cover Letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a BPA Agreement to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal document. The U.S. Embassy Tokyo intends to award the BPA Agreement based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Interested quoters shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Therefore, quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

Your submission must be made electronically attention to Miyuki Mita via email to MitaMXX@state.gov. The e-mail size must not exceed 15MB. If the e-mail size should exceed 15MB, the submission must be made in separate e-mails less than 15MB each.
