Description:
Opportunity: The Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corporation (SEEC) on behalf of the Village of Sharon Springs NY Small Project Fund invites qualified building contractors to submit expression of interest for upcoming construction projects located in the historic Village of Sharon Springs, NY.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking experienced contractors with proven expertise in:
•General construction
•History of work on historic structures
•Familiarity with electrical systems
•Familiarity with high efficiency heating and cooling systems
•Adherence to project timelines and budgets
•Compliance with local codes and safety regulations
•Collaborative work with architects, engineers, environmental consultants and other stakeholders, asneeded
Special consideration will be given to certified Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB)
