Description

The contractor shall provide troubleshooting service of UPS 93PM-L-60 series UPS. Currently there is a battery fault shown on the units, request

comprehensive diagnosis describing the current UPS condition; to include describing what caused the fault,

potential risk of the unit failing, and methods and means to resolve the current fault status. Contractor must provide any corrective actions needed to repair UPS units and bring

them to a normal no-fault status, including but not limited to change of

spare parts or consumables. No later than one-week following troubleshooting and repair, the contractor shall provide a report containing current equipment condition, log of all

past faults, and a detailed list of actions performed. Additionally, the report shall prescribe preventative corrective actions to prevent future faults.
