DESCRIPTION:
The U.S Embassy Lusaka is seeking to construct an outdoor Pavilion on Plot 4936 Lukulu Road (CMR) Sunningdale Lusaka
THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Setting out and removal of the Kariba stone and column footing locations
- Construction of temporal hoarding to secure site during demolition and construction phases.
- Footing excavation and disposal of excess excavated materials
- Rerouting plumbing and electrical services.
- Installation of footing, column and beam reinforcement
- Backfill and Compaction
- Formwork
- Concrete works
- Fabrication and installation of new steel truss roof framing and purlins
- Supply and Installation of new metal roof panels including insulation.
- Supply and Installation of ridge and edge flashings
- Supply and installation of metal fascia boards
- Supply and installation of seamless metal gutters and PVC down pipes
