1.1 GENERAL INFORMATION: The Texas State UniversitySystem (“Owner”), on behalf of Texas State University , is soliciting Statements of Qualifications(“Qualifications”) for the selection of an Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) firm fordesign of the Hilltop Housing – Phase II project (“Project”) on the Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas campus, in accordance withthe terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request forQualifications (“RFQ”). Prospective A/Efirms are hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”.
