REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Municipal Auditing Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is seeking statements of qualification from professional, qualified Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with substantial governmental auditing experience to perform a comprehensive financial and compliance audit of the Town. The audit must comply with the laws and requirements of the State of Tennessee and adhere to the specifications outlined in this RFQ.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS:
Monday, January 5, 2025, by 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time
Submittals will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM Central Time on the same day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
All statements of qualification must be mailed to:
Nolensville Town Hall
7218 Nolensville Road
Nolensville, Tennessee 37135

Envelopes must be sealed and clearly addressed to:
Christina Merle, Finance Director
and plainly marked:
“Statement of Qualifications – Audit Proposal”

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Submittals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. An RFQ pre-submittal conference will not be held. Statements of Qualification that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Statements of Qualification received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed Statements of Qualification will not be accepted. DO NOT INCLUDE PRICE INFORMATION IN THE STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS. The Town will utilize a qualification-based selection process.

The Town will maintain a list of all questions and responses, which will be periodically distributed as addenda and posted on the Town’s website. Questions received after 4:00 PM CST on December 11, 2025, will not be answered. A final addendum, if necessary, will be posted on or before 4:00 PM Central Time on December 15, 2025.
