Synopsis
|
The Consultant may provide commissioning services, which may include but are not limited to the commissioning of HVAC equipment and systems; building automation systems; electrical equipment (including interior and exterior lighting controls) and systems; generators; and plumbing systems. Anticipated services include initial design review, inspection, commissioning specification preparation and review, submittals review, point to point testing, functional performance testing of systems, operations and maintenance (O&M) manual review, commissioning punch list preparation, and submittal of draft and final commissioning reports.
