Dallas County, Iowa (County) will be publishing a request for statements of qualifications (RFQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services to provide Construction services for an upcoming New Building Project in Adel, Iowa. The projects include the following:

New Adel EMS Station, to be located south of the 415 River Street Building (address to be determined), Adel, Iowa.
The County intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with the selected CMaR during the preconstruction process.
