MICC-FC is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of operating the DPW Service Order Desk on Fort Carson, Colorado. The Service Order Desk serves as a consolidated customer service desk and centralized dispatch center for receiving requests for repair and maintenance service orders from Fort Carson occupants. Requests received are reviewed to determine the proper classification and priority of service needed; upon receipt of a request the Service Order Desk initiates a service order into ArMA and the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
