Description

The Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain support for the operations, maintenance, sustainment and commercial cloud hosting of the Data Housing and Reports Tool (DHART) Suite of tools in support of the US Army Law Enforcement Compliance Program (ALECP), the US Navy’s Security Force Training and Certification Cycle and United States Marine Corps (USMC’s) Law Enforcement Program. DHART provides the capability to meet the DoD military and civilian law enforcement (LE) training and reporting requirements. The Contractor shall maintain knowledge of the software requirements, functional allocations, design environment, and component structure sufficient to maintain and modify the application, release of software to address all change requests, deficiency reports, field generated enhancements, and upgrades as required by the DHART Configuration Control Board (CCB). The Contractor shall be required to provide analysis and recommendations to support the modification, expansion, or integration of the application in an effort to meet emerging Army, Navy and Marine Corps law enforcement/security forces functional and/or technical requirements.
