RFP No. 25/26-008
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (hereinafter
called District) located at 211 W. Fifth Street, Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, 91762 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed proposals for the
award of Purchase of Access Points and Network Switches, E-Rate Category 2, RFP No.
25/26-008.
All Proposals shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Proposals must be received
in the office of the Director of Purchasing at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026. Proposal
must conform with and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which are on file and
may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchasing.
All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Proposal documents shall be
submitted via e-mail to Alexandria Pulido, at alexandria.pulido@cjuhsd.net. Requests must be
submitted no later than Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m and must be titled as the
following: CJUHSD RFP No. 25/26-008. The District reserves the right to disregard all emails
with an incorrect title. Phone calls to the District regarding this RFP will not be accepted. Any
request made after such date will not be responded to.
Proposer must participate in the Federal E-Rate Program and will be required to provide valid
Services Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN)
with proposal submittal.
The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept
or reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and
qualifications of items offered, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposals.
Proposers may not withdraw their Proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the
opening of Proposals. Refer to the Proposal documents for additional information, terms, and
conditions. The complete Proposal documents, terms and conditions are considered one complete
component and cannot be altered in any way, except by a District issued amendment.
