**UPDATE**--Site Visit will be conducted on:
Monday, 19 May 2025, 10:00 a.m. CDT. All attendees must fill out base pass Form 5512. To receive the 5512, email Paula Agnew -- paula.s.agnew.civ@us.navy.mil. FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK BY 2:00 CDT Friday, 16 May 2025. All attendees must be at the Visitor’s Center with valid ID no later than 0930 CDT on Monday, 19 May 2024 to be escorted on to base. Escort will leave promptly at 10:00.
NSWC-PCD has a requirement for services to repair a covered, 12’ deep, approximately 10’ diameter, in-ground test tank/pool (Building 528). The inner surface of the pool is deteriorating and flaking off, rendering the pool unsuitable for Navy purposes. To maximize the life of the pool repairs and minimize future maintenance, the existing pool structure shall be lined with a carbon/epoxy skin/structure. This surface will allow the Navy to retain the pool size, minimize maintenance, and it will tolerate the heating and cooling that the pool is subjected to. The top three feet, approximate, of the pool is raised and surrounded by an exterior concrete deck.
NOTE: This is a 100% small business set-aside.
