STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Background
The Cheyenne Health Care System has a need for (3) Walk-Behind Floor Scrubbers.
Scope
The Cheyenne VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to award a Fixed Priced contract for: (3) Walk-Behind Floor Scrubbers.

Salient Characteristics
Shall have sealed/MF AGM 140AH C-20 kit of two batteries.
Shall be dual disk at 24 in/600 ppm.
Shall have a scrub motor of 24 VDC, 1 HP
Shall have an 11-gal solution tank with a recovery tank of 14 gal.
Shall have a vacuum motor of 24 VDC with a vacuum waterlift of 42in.
Shall be 52 in. in length, 26 in in width, and 44 in in height.
Total weight should be 410lbs with batters.
Security Requirements
The Contractor shall comply with the VA Personal Identity Verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.
