NSN 2815-011941857, Fuel Pump, Support. The material being procured is part number 23202410 or 23202410-UE, currently manufactured by FAIRBANKS MORSE, LLC (7PZX0). The required quantity is 18 each, with no option, to be shipped to a CONUS facility. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is a full and open competition. This material is deemed commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about 3 July 2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Participation, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
