Summary

The project consists of converting the northbound dedicated right-turn lane on Trabuco into a 4th through/right lane; restriping the southbound #3 through lane on Irvine Boulevard into a through/right lane; adding a second eastbound left-turn lane on Bake Parkway; restoring the second left-turn lane on westbound Bake; and providing a dedicated right-turn lane on eastbound Bake.

Background

Utility coordination between SCE, Cox Communications and TPX will be required during the project. Cox and TPX have existing facilities on the capped SCE poles. Cox & TPX will require a window during the project to relocate their facilities and SCE will need to remove the capped poles.
