The Capability Statement shall be limited to 5 pages. The Government will not review any other information or attachments that is more than the mentioned page limit. The Government will not review generic marketing materials that do not address the information contained herein or the attached documents.

STATEMENT OF WORK
Contractor shall provide enhanced Elsevier Connect enables delivery of content via your learning management system (LMS) through a seamless communication. It supports a single pass-through login for the learner and authenticates based upon credentials supplied by an existing learning management system. The Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center is looking to create a base plus two-year option for the contract.

I. SITE LOCATION: The Louis A. Johnson Veteran s Affairs Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
II. Required Functional Capabilities:

The Mosby Nursing Aide system will be used to train current Nursing staff and the new staff that will be hired into the facility. The system will also be used the train the current Nurse managers and the new managers that will be hired in the future.

The Mosby Nursing Aide system provides digital solutions and tools in the areas of strategic research management, R&D performance, clinical decision support, and professional education.

The Mosby Nursing Aide system provides direct online flexibility to administer the learning programs with minimal administrative effort.
