REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR NON-PROFIT SERVICES TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE FOREST GROVE SENIOR AND COMMUMITY CENTER

Notice to Proposers

The City of Forest Grove is seeking proposals for a federally certified non-profit to operate and manage the Forest Grove Senior and Community Center (Center). Proposals will be accepted by Administrative Services, City of Forest Grove, 1924 Council Street, Forest Grove, Oregon, 97116, until 2:00 p.m., October 31, 2024. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter, and a record of proposals received will be made. Under no circumstances will proposals be accepted past 2:00 p.m., October 31, 2024.

Project Description

The City is seeking a federally certified non-profit to operate, manage, and maintain the Forest Grove Senior and Community Center for the provision of health and wellness, socialization, and personal growth programs for seniors and community members, commencing January 1, 2025. The current non-profit, the Forest Grove Senior and Community Center (FGSCC), a federally certified 501(c)(3) non-profit, has given notice it will discontinue operating the Forest Grove Senior and Community Center on December 31, 2024.
