Project Description: The Iris Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project involves removal of existing retaining wall and installation of erosion control
measures; installation of a new retaining wall; milling, resurfacing, and restriping of existing parking lot;
installation of wheelstops and installation of curb; installation of a stormwater manhole, catch basin,
and associated pipe. Stream improvements include addition a boulder toe, rock sills, and plantings along
portions of the stream. The estimated cost of this project is $ 521,500.00.
