The Select Board of the Town of Milford invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the Town Park Building Renovation Project, Spruce Street, Milford, Massachusetts as set forth in the bid specifications.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 s44 A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 s26 to 27D inclusive with a single construction award for the project.
Bids shall be sealed and properly identified as TOWN PARK BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT, and delivered or mailed to the Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757, no later than 2:00 PM, August 7, 2025. Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Chief Procurement Officer at this time. Hours for the office are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8AM-4:30PM, Wednesday 8AM-6PM, and Friday 8AM-11:30AM.

All sub-bid questions are due by 5:00 PM on July 17, 2025, however earlier questions are encouraged. General Contractor questions are due by 5:00 PM July 30, 2025.
Filled sub-bids for Electrical, Plumbing and Roofing & Flashing shall be submitted on July 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the above referenced location.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough of the site will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Meeting will be at the Town Park support building off Walnut and Congress, Milford, MA. (Adjacent to Memorial Elementary School) Parking available on Congress Street.
The Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
