ATTENTION: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, coordination, transportation, and services necessary for the completion of: 913-1212-26 Asset Protection - Pumps and Vaults .
Each bid must be in accordance with the bid documents, construction drawings, and specifications. Any hard copy submissions, submissions via email, or late submissions will be retained in the file unopened and will be considered disqualified. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that electronically submitted bids are successfully accepted in OpenGov before the bid submittal deadline. The receipt time on the OpenGov website will be the governing time for the acceptability of bids.
Bidders shall visit the e-procurement portal for any updates, changes, or supplemental information regarding this solicitation prior to and after the bid submission date.

The Project includes protection of properties at 500, 530, 550, and 600 Union Avenue, 500, 510, 512, 520, and 530 Clay Street, 501 and 509 Delaware Street, 501 Texas Street, and adjacent driveways and parking areas from stormwater damage. Included in this project are barrier walls, berms, landscaping, hardscape, flood gates, underground utility reconfiguration and pump systems, among other protection measures, to protect the County assets from seasonal flooding that occurs regularly.
