Sealed Bids for the construction of Town of Fort Mill Parking Lot will be received, by Phillip Aycock, Town of Fort Mill Procurement Manager, at the 200 Tom Hall Street, Fort Mill, SC 29715 until 2:00 PM local time on November 7th, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of the reconfiguration of the existing Hardee’s parking lot and subsequent development of the site to include additional parking spaces, enhanced landscaping, and improved lighting. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 17 at 10:00 AM local time at the project site at 101 Tom Hall Street, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will award the Contract on the basis of the base bid alone.
