“McDonough Town Square Landscape, Irrigation and Lighting Installation”

The City of McDonough is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary (including traffic control) for the historic McDonough Town Square landscape installation. The bid response should include a one-year maintenance plan that includes: weed treatment, fertilization, mowing, edging, trimming mulching and uplighting installation, and irrigation design & installation at the McDonough Town Square.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 19,2024, in the Office of the City Clerk, City of McDonough, 136 Keys Ferry Street, Second Floor Conference Room, McDonough, Georgia 30253 at which time bids will be opened. Late bids will not be accepted.

The City reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to reject portions of the proposals.
