APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Data Transfer Module (DTM) II Program is investigating the possibility of entering into a Production and Sustainment contract for the Operations (OPS), Maintenance (Mx) DTM II Removable Memory Modules (DRMMs), and Interface Adapter Kits (IAKs) to support the F-15 E and EX aircraft. The Digital Aircraft Data Storage System (DADSS) Phase I effort resulted in a DTM II system design that can replace the existing F-15 DTM I and Digital Mapping System (DMS) devices. Both DRMMs will be utilized to transport data from ground stations to the aircraft and vice versa. The OPS DRMM is used to store mission-related information, which may be classified, between the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) and the aircraft. The Mx DRMM is used to store and transfer maintenance-related information between the Fully Automated Debrief Station (FADS) and the aircraft.
