HVAC System Control Isolation and Negative Pressure Rooms
Description:

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our
discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), which is up
to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will
not be held. Vendors must provide proof of certification/licensure/authorization
from Automated Building Managment Systems Inc. for parts and/or service prior
to requesting scope. Interested parties must contact the appropriately
designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this
Advisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying
Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this
procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this
requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS
Agency.
