Intent to Sole Source - LEAP eMentor Bridge

The Government intends to award a sole-source "bridge" contract to Xtenfer Consulting, Inc. for a 4-month base with a 8-month option period. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for the continued Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) eMentor Courses, Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by 3:00 p.m. CST, 10 July 2025, that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via email to: kimberly.knott.1@us.af.mil & brian.thornton.15@us.af.mil. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
