Description:

We are looking to acquire one (1) self-operated electric wheelchair designed to be used outdoors. The intended use is as a accessibility option for our New York Parks hiking trails

Minimum desired specifications

  • Headrest (either fixed or removable)
  • Up to 400 lb. User capacity
  • All-terrain pneumatic tires
  • Seat width of at least 16"
  • Joystick control mountable
  • Maximum speed of 5 mph
  • Battery range of at least 12 miles
  • Incline capability of at least 15 degrees
  • Two (2) batteries
  • One (1) charger
