We are looking to acquire one (1) self-operated electric wheelchair designed to be used outdoors. The intended use is as a accessibility option for our New York Parks hiking trails

Minimum desired specifications

Headrest (either fixed or removable)
Up to 400 lb. User capacity
All-terrain pneumatic tires
Seat width of at least 16"
Joystick control mountable
Maximum speed of 5 mph
Battery range of at least 12 miles
Incline capability of at least 15 degrees
Two (2) batteries
One (1) charger
