We seek a forward-thinking partner to redevelop a prime 1.62-acre site at the heart of our Vermilion/Midtown Corridor.
Located at 821 N Vermilion Street, at the intersection with Fairchild Street, this vacant, city owned parcel is poised to become a mixed-use development featuring 12,000-17,000 sq ft of commercial space. Just a 3-minute drive from downtown and adjacent to Danville High School, the site benefits from its inclusion in the Midtown Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.
Our vision for this project is clear: to create a vibrant, walkable destination that maximizes commercial potential, enhances public spaces, and fosters community engagement. We see this development complementing nearby healthcare facilities and serving as a catalyst for further corridor growth.
