Description

The work shall consist of inspecting and marking sections of the Government fee boundary line at Rough River

Lake. The Government will provide copies of segment maps of the work area as needed by the Contractor as the

work progresses. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, boundary paint, tools, equipment, and transportation

needed to perform this work. Plastic boundary sleeves and placards will be furnished by the government. The

contractor inspection and marking of boundary line is to be completed by April 30, 2026.

This is a firm fixed price, 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730 – Landscaping Services.

Note: The Contract award will be based on Lowest Price.

Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank

account specified by the Contractor.

Electronic submittals will be accepted using PIEE. Early submittals will be accepted.
