Description

BASE BID CLIN 0001- Includes but is not limited to complete Suite renovation. The renovation of approximately 1,950

SF of existing office area of Suite 446 and shall include four (4) 120 SF minimum Private Offices (Rooms 446.4, 446.5,

446.6 and 446.7), one (1) Conference Room 446.2 to accommodate eight (8) person conference table, an Open Office

446.3 area with six (6) cubicle workstations and one (1) Entrance Vestibule 446.1.

Option 1- CLIN 0002- Includes renovations of approximately 1,260 SF of existing office area of Suite 544. Renovations

shall include one (1) 120 SF minimum Program Manager Office 544.3, one (1) Conference Rooms 544.5 to accommodate

six (6) person conference table, one (1) Server Room 544.4 to accommodate two server racks, one (1) Open Office 544.2

area with seven (7) cubicle workstations, and one (1) Entrance Vestibule 544.1.

Option 2-CLIN 0003- Includes renovations of Suite 357 in it entirety. Suite 357 is approximately 2,200 SF existing

office space. Renovated Suite 357 shall include for (4) 120 SF minimum Private Offices (Rooms 357.1, 357.2, 357.3

357.4), two (2) Conference Rooms (Rooms 357.10, 357.11) to accommodate twelve (12) person conference table in each

conference room, two (2) Reading Rooms ( Rooms 357.6, 357.7) of approximately six (6) X seven (7) feet with individual

computer workstations, one (1) Server Room 357.8 to accommodate two server racks, an Open Office area 357.5 with four

(4) cubicle workstations and (1) Entrance Vestibule 357.9.

Option 3- CLIN 0004- Includes renovations of approximately 790 SF of existing office area of Suite 544. Renovations

shall include one (1) 120 SF minimum Program Manager Office 544.6 and one (1) Open Office areas 544.7 with six (6)

cubicle workstations.
