Podium Exterior Stair Renovation and Enclosure
Description:
The University at Albany Uptown Campus was constructed between approximately 1962 and 1972. The original buildings are constructed of a combination of cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete.
The Request for Qualifications is for the design services related to the refurbishment / rehabilitation of the exterior stairs on the academic Podium. In addition to the refurbishment/rehabilitation of the original stairs, UAlbany desires to cover and/or enclose those stairs that are currently not currently covered.
