The City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bids until 10:00 A. M., Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the Joplin Fire Department located at 303 East 3 rd Street, Joplin, MO 64801 to SELL the following:

2011 Class A Engine

2011 KME Predator with a 750-gallon tank and a 1500 GPM Hale pump, the pump was last certified in 2023.   Chassis is a KME Custom Predator chassis powered by a Cummins ISL 400 HP diesel engine and an Allison automatic transmission.  The pumper a cross-mount pump panel, three (3) pre-connected 1.5” crosslays with two (2) additional crosslays on top of the truck.   The current odometer reading for the apparatus is 77,651 miles and 6001 engine hours.  Additional accessories include a Whelen LED light package, two (2) 200’ electric cord reels (one on each side), 10KW PTO Harris generator.  For additional information, questions, or to schedule a time to view the apparatus please contact Fleet Manager Bruce Thomasson, 417-624-0820 ext. 1323 or email For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.
