2025 Pump Station Rehabilitation Project
Description:

The project consists of removing and disposing existing duplex submersible pumps, pump rail guides, control panels, furnishing and installing new duplex submersible pumps, control panels, ductile iron pipe, fittings and other related items to make completely operative pump stations at three (3) station locations in the Town of Perinton:

Location #1 - 45 Brooktree Drive

Location #2 - 339 Whitney Road

Location #3 - 31 Little Brook Drive

There will be no pre-bid conference for this project.

The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is : Perinton Town Clerk, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport NY 14450. Bid Documents may be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office Monday through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Bidding Documents are available on a portable drive (as PDF files) for a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each set, payable to the Town of Perinton. No print documents will be issued. Bidder is responsible for costs associated with printing the Digital Documents. In order for a bid to be considered valid, Bid Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office only.

Bidding Documents obtained from any other source are for examination only, are not considered complete, and are not valid for bidding purposes.

Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Town of Perinton Department of Public Works, 100 Cobbs Lane, Fairport NY 14450 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The Town of Perinton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.

Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.

The Town of Perinton does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
