Project Description: Wake County, North Carolina seeks proposals from qualified firms to develop, implement, and analyze an organizational assessment focused on employee experience and engagement. The selected firm will also be required to present findings and provide recommendations for ongoing feedback strategies. This assessment is to gather insights into employee perceptions related to workplace culture, overall satisfaction and well-being, and how these factors influence the County’s ability to attract, retain and optimize talent and organizational performance.
